Using the same storing convention as with rigs would be great (and has already been requested).
+1 to this feature request.
When you have saved a FX-Preset and want to save it again (after some fine-tuning), you have both of them... old version and new version with the SAME name. If you don´t need the old one, you can delete it, but you never know, which of the both is the old one.
So it would be good to have the choice to "replace", "rename" "save as", when saving the Preset... just like when saving a Rig.

Just to solve the problem for a moment. If you tune a delay preset and you will store it, use just another name or put a 1 or 2 behind the current name. At the moment i practice that with new delay presets, you can see ecamples when you use the link under my signature.
yes, thats possible.
At the moment, If i want to save a change to a preset by replacing it, i first delete the preset and then save it again. Works when "autoload" is unchecked.
Don´t do anything wrong between deleting and saving it

This has been requested many times, in many guises - basically better preset handling including cascading/aliasing or whatever where you want to call it. Includes editing one preset that can show up in multiple places (rigs or performances) and editing and saving a single preset ('over-writing the original instead of making a copy). C. Kemper himself responded to a thread of mine on another forum and said they were aware of the need, hopefully we will see some resolution/tweak/enhancements soon.
