stepping twice on the same button - what is it for?

It's called "morphing" and it takes you to a second, alternative setup for the same rig (same amp profile, same effect types, but different parameters of your choosing). The fun thing is you can have the transition happen instantly or gradually, or even fade between the two setups using an expression pedal.

Search for "morphing" in the forum or in the latest manual to find out how to set it up and what you can do with it!

Basically, when your rig is in the morphed state (after you've stepped on the button a second time), any parameter change you make belongs to the morphed state. You can return to the unmorphed state by pressing the button a third time (and of course keep going back and forth between both setups as you like).

Look at the Morph instructions - if a Morph is programmed, a second switch press can be used to activate it. A third press turns the Morph off again.

Is there a way to setup the brightness of both leds ? I'd like to have more differences between 2 states ...

Also , where do you set up the time between both conditions ?

Hey Raf, rise and fall time (how long it takes to go from unmorphed to morphed and vice versa, respectively) can be set individually on the morphing page in the Rig menu.

I don't know if the Remote handbook goes into morphing. Check the "Deeper view" reference manual for the Kemper itself (the latest version is in the download section of the Kemper website).
