I launch Rig Manager.
A dialog opens and says there is an update, 3.3. But I launched 3.3.47. WTF??
That update information is incomplete, and inaccurate.
Fix the software, keep the downloads up to date.
It is not rocket science, nor brain surgery.
Yeah….swearing at and ordering them.
That’ll make them want to help.

Everything is OK here, everything just Upgraded via RM to the last version. (3.3.50 and 8.7.15)
I was wondering if there is a missing web-link in HELP Menu/Provide RM Feedback or if I'm doing something wrong,
first it asked to choose which browser,
then it just Open a new Page in that browser.. but nothing specific, not the Forum nor the Kemper Website.

I just updated mine to the latest and greatest, no problems whatsoever. Profiler and Rigmanger. Dunno what your problems are, but it ain't with with Kemper's side of things.

No issues on the update here as well, and I'm still a student for years. Being nice to people and the ones that support you can work wonders.

Since I upgraded to Rig Manager 3.3.50, there were regular corruptions of a profile. This happens in the amp section. My live set has many of the same rhythm and lead presets with different delay times, so a repair is easy.
Everything is stable if I avoid the Rig Manager and with a tour coming up, I dare not use it until I return.

This turned out to be a USB hub with a bad connection. Everything is smooth now it is replaced thanks.
