Have you calibrated?

And immediately after pressing Calibrate, does the pedal reach the maximum of 127 at toe position?

This may be a mechanical issue. I’m not familiar with the internals of the Mission EP1 but a lot of Wah and Volume pedals have a rack/pinion gear or belt drive mechanism to the control pot. I’ve had similar pedal situations where the pot doesn’t travel all the way to the end as it should.

A possible fix is to open the pedal and loosen the drive mechanism until you can rotate the control pot by hand to the desired position, then retighten the mechanism adjusting it to the desired operating “feel”.

I guess, this cannot just be a misadjustment. If the pot would generally not reach its maximum, the calibration with the PROFILER would adapt to it.

If the maximum cannot be reached even after a calibration, that means, that during the calibration the pot reaches a higher level than afterwards., which looks more like a loose and unprecise drive mechanism.

The Mission is literally a Crybaby without any Wah electronics. It has a Dunlop pot and rack and pinion controlling it. I’m pretty sure they even get the housings from Dunlop or their supplier too.

Glad to hear you got it fixed. My Mission had a faulty switch at first which I had to change before it was usable.
