Hey Michael,
The Overdrive channel is just huge sounding. I love it. I'm going to try it at my next gig.

Hey apr13st, what 3 guitars are you using with the profiles? I see a Strat in your avatar.

We're happy to announce the availability of profiles of the Jet City 100HDM!
The Jet City JCA100HDM was designed by Mike Soldano (who owns part of Jet City) and is manufactured in China. It is reminiscent of a working man's Soldano SLO with depth mod. Two channels -- Crunch and Overdrive, a Depth control, and 100W of power through 4 6L6 power tubes. The Crunch reminds one of a George Lynch Soldano tone. The tone from the Overdrive channel is massive and meaty. We made two versions of most profiles -- with and without the Depth control engaged, and used our Celestion Greenback and Vintage 30 cabinets.
This is an all-around great amp for modern or classic rock!
Profiles are available at http://www.topjimi.com.

Yeah, some of the profiles do sound similar. I get a little picky sometimes and capture a lot of slightly different profiles. I figure more is better. Fortunately I don't charge by the profile.

Thanks Kemperfan. Glad you're digging the Tweedness! It's a great amp.

Kemper Fans,
We're happy to offer profiles of a collector's pristine tweed 1959 Fender Harvard. The Harvard, with a single 10" AlNiCo Jensen speaker, fit into the Fender line in between the entry level amps like the Champ and the pro amps like the Deluxe and Twin. This model amp was popular in recording studios and was used on recordings such as Green Onions by Booker T. and the MG's. Covers a really wide range of tones at reasonable volumes, making it perfect for recording. Great tones galore!
This is likely the last tweed we'll be offering for a while. Hope you like it!

Very cool gibson! I've been using these profiles live for a while (road testing?), and they've replaced the '68 SLead profiles as my faves.
This amp was so easy to profile. Just plug in, turn everything up and enjoy.

Thanks man. Yes, we have one more Tweed ('59 Harvard) and a '64 Vibroverb coming real soon. Thanks for your patience!

We're excited to offer profiles of an original '74 Marshall 100W Super Lead. This amp went straight from the studio into Jimi's private collection. As far as gain, it falls somewhere in between the '68 Super Lead and the '78 Marshall Mark II Lead. It's a bit brighter than the '68 as well, with more top-end bite. Covers territory from slightly crunchy to the "Wall of Marshalls" tone we know and love. A fantastic amp!
Treat yourself to a vintage Marshall for Black Friday!

I was surprised by the fullness of the sound when mic'd up. I guess that's why they're so popular for recording. Great tone!

Hi mavid,
Sorry about that. You don't need to register in order to buy profiles. Just go ahead and add the profiles into your cart and proceed.
Unfortunately the registration process is limited to US residents at this time.
Thanks,

Hey Kemperites,
We're happy to announce the availability of profiles for two vintage Fender Tweeds: the 1959 5F8-A Twin Amp and the 1960 5F1 Champ.
Back in the day the 5F8-A Twin was Fender's amp for the big stages. Designed to give lots of clean headroom at high volumes, it still gives a moderate overdrive when cranked up. This example is an all-original specimen from a collector's treasure trove. 80W of power via 4 5881 power tubes into two original Jensen P12Q speakers.
It can't get any simpler than the 5F1 Champ -- 1 Volume knob. But hey -- it sounds great, and gives a gritty overdriven tone. It has a surprising amount of available gain and sounds fantastic mic'd up. This amp is an all-original example featuring 5W of class A amplification into an 8" speaker.
