Yeah, welcome to the Kemper World!
Welcome Chris - you won't "need" another amp after the Kemper - maybe other guitars though, so the gas still flows...
Jim
This is really rude man !!! I even think of quiting this Forum if they let people being insulted that way . I am really p--- now !
Well just do it quietly man... Peace.
germano75 Amazing! what's it like in Sommer? Where did you take that?
"Product" is in capitals. Probably means the IR itself, no?
No idea. Context of the quotation isn't clear. It´s like saying " you are not allowed to use a setting of an amp to make music". What it means IMHO is that you are not allowed to copy the IR per se... Not to use it. Then if you use the IR converting it into something else by this logic its no longer an IR. Therefore useable...
Welcome! No more gas for amps. Plenty for guitars!!!
I use my Kemper for playing live and in the (home)studio.
I have trouble making a good profile of my tube-amp, that has a typical fat Chicago blues sound. I didn't find that sound ether in the rigs of others.
But .... I usually don't need that sound while playing the harmonica. I created my own sound with the Kemper and I nearly always use it.
You can listen to my band here: Mississippi Kings - Winter harvest.I will not be very active on the forum, I simply don't have the time. But now you know that playing harmonica can be done with the Kemper
You guys have a great attitude on stage - real Yardbirds!!!!
Welcome Boston Mike - I was born in Boston Licolnshire so I´m where the Speedwell came from...
Take care bud!
Just get on with it please...
Welcome to the Kemper slaughterhouse massacre!!!!
Totally crazed! How can anyone make music then? I take it one can makle music using the f´ing things? or am I wrong?
Yessir! welcome - the learning curb is not to trip over...
YTFM and away you go!!!!
Metal , Blues or mainstream?
ToneDeaf The stuff is out there my friend - just avoid the juridical constipation and get to it man!
Who dares wins...
situation: you use the IR by converting it. This you are free to do. You then take your own amp, mics, preamps etc and use your own settings in your own studio with humidity, temperature and guitar on a single unique day.
I reckon it makes no difference, since you've still gotta swing that axe yourself! If IRs are available, good or bad they are to be used.
Peace!
I would do if were going live.
I have a Matrix FRFR212 from the good old United States of the U.K.
I am very happy with the output and tonality of the beast.
oozish have you tried changing your strings to the set size used by JH?
