I'm trying to purchase one and it seems every dealer I've contacted is out of stock and waiting for more.

Don't forget to find the deals before pulling the trigger as most sites have a slot to input a copon code. It's quick to Google "site name" coupon code or Google the sites facebook or twitter where they also seem to like to advertise the codes. If you cannot find at least 10% off I would look elsewhere as that should be easily done with MSRP markup. (Not just talking KPA, but retail in general). I think there was another thread where someone knew a salesman at one of the shops that would just give you the 15% buy buying through them.

Thank you Troy and others for the info! I have pretty much hit all those places up. Figure it's Sunday so I may not hear back until tomorrow. The ones I have heard back from do not have me in stock.
Would like to not pay sales tax which is about 9% around these parts...I hope to have one ordered by tomorrow.

Have a regular black head on order since 3 weeks ago. Still have no clue if I'll even have it this summer.

Ended up ordering from sweetwater with 24 months no interest card.
They don't have any in stock though so its on back order too.. Don't know how long it's going to take.The guy told me they had something like 4 faulty units that came in.

musician's friend even have discontinued the product? wtf?I didn't claim it wasn't true. I only find statements like these ridiculous and belittling the intelligence of a potential buyer.
In the age of internet you can't hope to talk somebody interested in the profiler to buy something else by making such a statement when all it takes is a few mouseclicks to know that the Kemper is being manufactured, delivered, played and loved as we speak.
It would be better to speak the plain truth (out of stock due to high demand) or to name eventual factors leading to a shop's decision not to carry the KPA any more.
