Got em, love em! Awesome job Pete- these may be my favorites of all yours! I was afraid there wouldn't be enough low end like in some of other tone matched profiles I've heard but these are great!
Curious what mic you used the most for these?
Thanks man! Different combinations of:
Audix i5
vintage SM57
Heil PR20
MXL Ribbon through a Focusrite ISA One preamp
Used all sorts of placements and then blended the mics as needed to get close to the tone, then refined it with a matching EQ. Glad you dig em! Hope to get some more profiles out soon.
Pete

I wonder how they sound thru regular tube poweramp and cabinet. Will it keep its character? If so, I'm ready to go!
Ordered them 24h ago but nothing yet Pete
EDIT: They were in the spam folder
I have bought these profiles too.. worth every cent.. Excellent! please, can you prepare also Ritchie Blackmore´s sounds pack?
I've just sent the $$. Can't wait to check them as I'm a big fan of Eddie. Thanx in advance!
Pete, first of all big thanx for very fast email. I've been playing for an hour now and here's my opinion: very good dynamic profiles although mine VH profile I had moded from your Marshall 1972 was pretty close.
The only thing that seems to me not right is phaser set a little too fast. Maybe I'm wrong. I like retuning by transpose, that has no remarkable delay while playing. I tested on 2x50 EL34 poweramp, 4x12 V30 Fender Tonemaster cab and Carvin DC400 with Dsonic\Air Norton pups, but soon I get new MM Axis and 2x12 celestion greenback cab that hopefully will take me closer to brown sound. Anyway - Big Five!
I purchased your Brown Sound profiles 24 hrs ago and have not received anything yet.
I also checked my spam folder just in case.

What email address? Also resend me an email - had a few issues with my email provider. Ill get you those profiles ASAP!
Got an email from Hoohah, sent em yesterday but resent again. If you don't get them the second time, send me a different email address. Hopefully you'll be rolling in brown sound very soon!

Got 'em, thanks
I wonder if anyone could approach VH 5150 album Eddie's sound. That would be a challenge!

+1
I believe Eddie used a soldano on 5150...
Soldano and an Eventide.
I've been "out of the market" for profiles for a few months....now I come back and find these!?!?!?! I couldn't hit the Add To Cart Button fast enough! Can't wait to give them a go with my own setup...thanks for pursuing this worthy tone!
Thanks for the profiles pete!
Eddie's coming out of the speakers here... well, he's playing is a bit sloppy, but the sound is VH1!!!
I'm a pretty big fan of Pete's tones for years now...above is a link to my attempt at playing Unchained. Quite embarrassing in many places, but the tone Pete provides is awesome,so lively. I used a Peavey HP and decreased the reverb a bit....my band has since dropped this from our set, so my hope to get better at this is likely moot
BUMP!
