My kemper is having issues all of a sudden, help!

    My Kemper starts up, but it only makes sound from one rig. I can't get out of that rig, and then after a couple of minutes all the lights of the Kemper shut off except for the green screen. I have the white version without the power amp. I will probably have to check the update version too. I did purchase and download the brown sound pack from OKStrat today. I appreciate suggestions from my Kemper friends. Thanks, Russ.
