There are some from Kemper on the KPA (I use the SM57 version they did). There are several on the rig exchange depending on what gain stage you are looking for you should have several to choose from. Look up Moss, Feck, Stranded on a planet on the rig exchange. Then the stock rigs from Kemper.

most likely because they are spelled Rockerverb, not Rockaverb (or is there a Guy Ritchie signature model I'm not aware of)
also, rigs are sometimes tagged a little differently. I can find two rigs with Rockerverb and one with Rockverb tags in the RX.
It's generally a good idea to broaden your search (just Orange, for example, but uncheck the cab checkbox), if you don't find anything.
