Went to SYSTEM and went through all pages but couldn't find any "fixed latency" switch. Tried to look it up in the deeper version of the manual but couldn't find it there either.

Output menu, page 5, "Constant Latency".

Thanks Kempermaniac! Found it but nothing in the deeper manual about what it does or how to use it. Should I just wait until I hear the problem and then go in and check that in one or both Kempers?

Yes. I've read somewhere in this forum about using two KPA's and the guy used constant latency too. -
So it should be turned on in both units?

Basically, each profile has got its own latency. When you layer different tracks by reamping, or use different profiles from different sources like in your case, the flagged control allines all the profiles to the same (highest) latency, avoiding phase issues when the two devices are driven by the same signal.
Of course this is ensured to work only if the two branches of the signal are identical (i.e., they have not been differently processed by the two sides of a stereo device for example).

Just wanted to tell everyone that helped THANK YOU!!!!!
After checking both units to "CONSTANT LATENCY" the problem has stopped and never returned.
For those of you that are using 2 of these at the same time, this is a wonderful feature!
I am having a lot of fun exploring the mixed sounds of 2 different profiles without any problems now. -
good work, everyone!
