Hi everyone,
I recently bought the KPA PowerRack, but I have a problem to get started on it.
As I put the USB, with everything needed on it, into the KPA, the KPA keeps on saying this: "ERROR: unable to locate firmware file on USB device"
I tried different USBs and to re-download everything, but the problem is still there.
Can someone help me please?

Hi Cavaz. I assume that your KPA runs fine without a USB stick installed? If so, did you initialize the USB stick? If yes, is the kaos.bin file in the root directory of the USB stick?
Someone else can chime in here, but that sounds to me as though you need to open a ticket with the Kemper folks.
Hi, no major problem here, but you have to put a stable firmware at ROOT LEVEL and NOT in the sub directory like you do for upgrading the firmware

Your profiler seems to have a corrupt OS.
Please put a kaos file in the root folder of your USB.
Switch on the profiler while holding the < and > buttons.
The firmware should be reinstalled now.
