I am having something simliar happen but far worse.
All of my personal profiles that were loaded (10,000+ profiles) are gone... No option to import or create new folder....
This is a worst nightmare for a user when upgrading software.
And yes... I also cannot export rigs any longer from my profiler to backup my rigs. *sigh*
Are you using the same username on the profiler and in RM?
Export doesn't work for me either. I can still copy/paste the rigs in and out of Rig Manager as an alternative.
I have changed nothing on my profiler settings... I only updated Rig Exchange. Same login information... same everything.
After I updated... I lost my local hard drive folder with all of my profiles... I can not make a new folder... I cannot import rigs..... I CAN however export from my profiler?!?!
I am afraid to say that this update has some issues...
If I am incorrect in saying so and anyone knows how to fix my issue.... please help me.

In my case , exporting from the RM to an folder.
Im trying to backup my profiles , made with my username .
the username in the RM didnt change.
Any update on this defect? I'm a new user, running Rig Manager 1.2.3.10360, and I ran into this problem. Took me awhile to sort through the forums and find out that it's a known issue.
It's a minor issue, but since the original problem was reported back in October, I was wondering if there had been any progress made on it. The workaround of copy/paste out of Rig Manager does work.
it is fixed in our internal version. we don't have an release date for you as yet.

so, to resume, version 1.2.3 has this issue, right? in the website there is RM release to be downloaded. this is the ne we are talking about.......
Hi! I have exactly the same problem since last week, no subfolders and no posibilites of import rigs.
I wrote to Kemper support and they are trying to fix it.
Anybody has the answer to this problem?
