Uno4Kemper FCB1010 - Cant seem to calibrate the volume to min at less than half vol?!?! Whats up smarty pants? Any and all suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance 
Any help With my FCB1010 Volume Calibration issue would be awesome :)

Thaat is I can't set the minimum to lower than half volume when I would like the min to be zero for clarity

If you are having range problems, check to make sure the LED and sensor are in perfect alignment. You can gently bend each part to get them to align perfectly. Make sure the Gradient sensor strip is not rubbing on any part of the circuit board. You can adjust the board position with the two mounting screws so that the Gradient sensor strip travels right down the middle of the opening on the circuit board.

Exactly what Paul said. Once you have opened up the FCB it's a pretty easy thing to do.
