Wow, I haven't seen this kind of topic covered before. Have you tried turning off the stack section? Just click on the amp and cab buttons to turn them off. You should be getting an uneffected signal through the effects then.
I'm not too sure about how you'd connect to the power amp though. You have to be careful about feeding too loud a signal into a digital device like the Kemper.
No problem. Just put the mono loop into slot "D" and deactivate amplifier, EQ and CAB section to your liking. Feed you desired signal into the return input of the KPA. That should do the trick. This is also a great way to use only the cab section of the KPA. Since some users prefer to use their real tube amps live you can still combine those with the excellent KPA cab simulation to feed the PA.

I'd use the brute force: send the pre's signal into the Profiler, and tweak (and save) Clean Sens to adjust the higher signal level. Then, Profiler's output into the poweramp.

No, this should work. Connect the fx send of your amp to the KPA return and the master or monitor out of the KPA to your amp´s fx return. I would insert the loop point into the stomp slots in order not to loose the x slot. Deactivate amp, eq and cab section and you should be good.
The Four Cable Method is what you want:
1) Guitar (or, the output of your FX pedalboard) into Kemper (you can use Slots ABC as stomp boxes, D as an FX loop)
2) Kemper FX send from Kemper to input of Bugera
3) Bugera FX Send to Kemper FX return
4) Kemper Output to Bugera FX Return
