Feature Request: User selectable "time out" for changing Performance Banks - when Autoload is not activated

When Autoload is not activated, pressing the up/down bank buttons selects another performance bank, without changing the current rig.

If a specific Perforrmance Slot is not chosen within approximately 5.5 seconds, the KPA display returns to the previous Performance Bank and Slot.

This short amount of time prevents pre-selecting the bank more than a couple of measures before the change in sound is needed, and then selecting the slot a single push of the switch.

FR: I would like to have the option to select a longer time, or preferably have the option to deactivate the "time out' of the Performance Change command, and have the Kemper simply "wait" for me to select a specific Performance slot. Bands that have fast paced sets, with last minute song changes really could use this feature

(Note: This can work for the Remote, and also for MIDI controllers with Bank select switches that are independent of individual PC changes.)

Agreed, the time before jumping back should be longer and controllable.
I find it too short for my needs as well.

+1 yes I agree. I had this issue last gig I was mid song and playin the clean of the wrong performance and soon due to go into the solo which needed to be a different performance. I was stomping around to get it back to performance one and then press, the desired clean sound ready for the solo but while singing as well i missed it the fist time because it timed out.

Yes please!
I used to preselect the bank (now Performance) for the next song, while still playing the end of the actual song, which could vary very much in length, depending mostly on the mood (or energy left) of the drummer. So, when he decides to play one of these "Destroy-everything-don't-take-prisoners-we-are-rockstars"-Monster-Endings, the actual "time-out" of the remote is much too short. One of the things that worked very well with the Pod HD 500 as midi controller. But don't get me wrong: I love the remote!

If you need time to decide which slot to give the focus to, then the performance defaulting to slot 1 (or to "same number") is not an issue. I'm using this with satisfaction.

Apart from using the 'slot 1 option ' a longer choosing time for pending would still be desirable
