Serious question from newb: any issues with unscrewing the feet at the base of the toaster model and adding a spacer (rubber washer maybe) to increase the height/clearance of the unit??? Seems like a no brainer but checking to see if those screws are only for the feet or actually connect to something on the inside. I need a bit more clearance as the unit does not quite clear the handle of the Tech 21 Power Engine and rocks slightly.

I made a foam pad for the KPA to sit on. It has a cut out underneath for the handle of my rack to fit in. Works great, but I might use taller feet if someone has that info. It didn't look to me like the KPA had standard amp feet, but I could be wrong.

Muddy, the first link is for the remote, not the toaster. The second link is helpful though, thanks!

I'm sorry, I linked that @work because I recalled someone taking the feet of something... I should learn to read more carefully these days and also not to take work so seriously that it interferes with my comprehension of guitar forums.

There's no problem with doing that - the screws are only there to attach the feet to the case. However, you'll want to be careful about using longer screws because one or two of them are pointed straight at circuit boards. As long as your spacers are limiting the length of screw inside the case, you're gold.
