For stereo monitor use take the monitor plus direct output and configure them as master L + R respectively. Use the Main Outs for FOH.
You can do it vice versa, too.
If you run it as Ingolf recommends, you can go to the output menu, set the main outs to about -20db to send to FOH, then unlink the main front panel volume out and use the main volume knob to control your monitor volume only, that way you can easily control your stage volume from the front panel of your Kemper, and FOH gets a consistent signal that they can work with.
Looks like an interesting proposition for stereo monitoring of the kemper. Let us know how it goes on stage/at home. Seems like a popular option for keyboards too. Specs claim max SPL of 106 dB.

No eq on the direct out side. If you use the monitor out with a eq setup and set it to left or right, the other side will have a different tone because you cant set an eq in the same way.
Can't you just run the XLR's to FOH and the mains out to your monitor ? It just means that you will need to have control over the monitor signal independantly if the FOH engineer looks for more signal .
106 db. I didn't see that. Wonder what the max db is on my passive Atomic CLR.
