Now we can have the clock visible on the remote, it's so handy when playing gigs which are on strict time scales. Unfortunately the time on my remote keeps losing minutes. I set it correctly and every gig it's about 5-6 mins out at the next one. Not a show stopper, but just wondered if anyone else has noticed this
Clock losing time?

Do your profilers lose it as well?
-
Yep the time on the profiler and remote are the same but always about 5-6 mins late

Hm, my clock seems to be accurate since nearly 4 years. I'd ask support.
-
Mine has been losing time as well. I have reset to the correct time on several occasions, but a few days later it is off.
-
I have two Kempers, and both clocks runs to slow...
-
I'm going to contact support about this I think
-
My clock seems fine. Definitely contact support.
I guess it's a minor issue, but still.
-
I also know this Problem. Have/had it with several KPAs
-
Mine is also going slow. Please keep us informed when you get an answer from the support.
-
They have replied and pasted the issue on to their programmers as soon as I know more I will post back here

The clock on my Kemper is also losing time. I have to adjust once in a while when it starts to really bother me.
I had this on my first Kemper and also on my current one.
-
Mine is about 4 min per day to fast.
It's not really a problem to adjust the clock before the GIG starts.
It's just to know, if there is no serious problem behind.keep rockin' Harry

my profiler is 24 minutes in the future, not a big deal, but strange
-
That's great, it can always tell you what notes to play !!!

I apologize in advance the negative flavour of this comment, but his is one of those things that make me think that do those guys at Kemper even care? Also the slowness in making the revisions people are asking (for example editor, certain effects) and many bugs in each firmware, is making me think what is going on in the headquarters. Is it that because the KPAs are already selling off the hook so there is no need to put more effort to improve the product?

Sorry, but I can't agree with what you've written. Since a few years the Kemper team is providing one FW upgrade after the other. So there's a lot of constant improvement.

I have had my KPA since May and since then there has been two or three (please correct me if I'm wrong) FW updates but the problems with the clock still remain. I don't know anything about programming but is it so hard to make the clock no lose time?
-
If you are aware of it, I guess no. But the clock is an issue on the bottom end of the to-do-list I guess. There are things which are far more important. Since when do you know about the clock issue? Since this thread was created? And if you were aware of it before this thread, why didn't you create a thread by yourself or - even better - opened a support ticket?

This is so true. I will drink the Kemper cool aid all day long and I've had my Kemper for 3 years now. The amount of FW Updates we have had is great with all the extra features etc. This clock issue is not a show stopper at all, I've known this for a while but it never bothered me one bit and only since having the time on the remote I thought I'd mention it. Kemper is only a small company and I'd rather they spent their resources on more important things. If know one has mentioned the clock issue how are they to know that it even is an issue
