Six weeks is far to long, our service center has a turnaround time of a couple of days. Please contact support and provide the serial number of your Profiler, we'll help you out. -
yes i think mine was gone for less than a week and that was from pick up to return to me. It was very fast

Yep, probably 7-10 day turn around time for repair of my LED's in the US, last year. Good luck!

Got a message from the music store, my Profiler is back. Everything looks ok and the knobs are much tighter than before. Thanks everyone involved, they did a great job.
