I have read over the internet some complaints about Atomic Amps support.
This is my experience.
Two years and a half ago I bought two CLR cabs, wedge version. I am more than happy with them and I think that they really are the best for the price.
Two weeks ago I heard some unusual noises coming from one of them. I changed the cables, I checked everything but I realized that it was a problem of the amp section of one cab.
I sent an email to the Atomic Amp Support and Tom King immediately replied to me, planning the replacement of the amp (which is very easy to replace).
After less than two weeks I have my wedges working perfectly, with no cost for me (not even the shipment).

I've had confirmation emails from tom saying he will sort my issue....however no resolution since first contact with him last September.

My experiences with Tom, have been nothing but positive. He replaced an amp for me immediately when I had an issue.
Javlin please contact him again and tell him the situation that you have been waiting. I would probably try calling him as well, he is super nice. -

Update...so today I've had an email from Atomic saying they will be delivering a replacement CLR to me next week and picking up the faulty one. This is far more than I expected... I was hoping they would send me the part that was faulty.....the mixer function is not working, I can send output from 1 or 2 via the clr out but not the mixed signal of 1 and 2.
when a company is willing to resolve issues like this, I can forgive the time it's taken to get it sorted (bearing in mind that the amp has been usable).

Just received a completely new power section. Took less than 10 minutes to swap it out. Up and running again at 100%. Worth adding that my clr is outside of the 1 year warranty period so I'm really please with the resolution.
If at first you get a slow response from atomic keep going, stay polite and they will sort you out.

Great to hear. Personally I'd love to be able to purchase an Atomic wedge, there is no stock in Australia and the distributor seems to be making no effort to get more. Anyone know anywhere that will ship 240V capable units to Aus with stock? Cheers!

Tom is awesome to work with. He even shipped a repair overnight so I would have it for a gig...free of charge.
