Yesterday I created support ticket using the website form @ https://www.kemper-amps.com/contact and after sending message it was displayed on the website:
Support ticket opened.
Reference ID: 0842a56f
But haven't received confirmation e-mail, as it was previously.
Is it temporary? Has anybody opened a ticket recently (let's say after new website launch) and received confirmation e-mail?
I hope someone from support team could chime in...
