Rig manager, can't make a new performance

To have an Idea,
What OS.Version of Kemper (see Sys-Menue - last page)
What RM version.
What USB cable (Different plug types possible)

with this information maybe we can help.

you can create a new performance in either you local library or on your profiler by selecting the corresponding list in Rig Manager and choose "Create New Performance". you cannot make a new performance when you've selected the location "All Performances".
this is independent of the version of Rig Manager, the Profiler OS or the cable because it still works, even when the Profiler is not connected.
if it still doesn't work for you, please explain what happens in detail.
