You've probably heard this before, but tube amps can be absolutely LETHAL. As in, they kan kill you even when unplugged from the wall. If you don't know much about them, you're really much better off by having a professional looking at it.
As Michael said. Be aware! Unplug the amp and try to change the not glowing tube with another one.
Don't touch anything else! So you can see if the valve is damaged or not. But since no sound is coming
i don't think it is a damaged valve. You can play with 2 valves (depending on which one you take out)
and play with half the power.
