Kemper will not turn back on... Where should I send this to get repairs?

So I tried turning on my power Kemper Profiler today and nothing started up. Black screen, no signs of power, etc.

Tried a couple different power cables but I've pretty much given up.

Where can I send this to get a fix? I live in Maryland, United States and the closest certified repair station is all the way in Texas.

1st thing, open a support ticket with Kemper. They will direct you from there.

I hope it all gets worked out quickly for you.....their support is, from what I've observed, very good.
