Kemper failing all the time (errors on screen, burning from USB and SDRAM failure)

Hi guys, my Kemper is failing all the time. I think there's something wrong with the hardware.

I send a ticket to Kemper long time ago and they said the problem was software related, but yesterday I got on the screen "SDRAM Self Test Failure". Searching on this forum I founded that this problem cannot be solved easily.

I get errors on the screen all the time (that I can solve for a few days reseting flash memory & the other techniques), also I'm getting "burning from USB all the time" when starting the Kemper...

I bought my Kemper long time ago (2013), so I think the warranty is over. Is there any chance to replace that SDRAM?

SDRAM selftest failure definitely points to a hardware failure. Please contact support solve this.

Thanks guys, I hope I can buy that SDRAM and replace it at least... I feel my Kemper is unusable right now.

You won't need to do that, shoot a ticket supports way and I'm sure they will help you as kpahuitsing said. Hope it's gets sorted for you asap

Good news guys! The US Kemper team is sending me a brand new CPU board and DSP board, so hopefully I'll be back on the road soon.
