Yes, I noticed exactly the same thing at a gig last night. Was going to post the same question.
I also noticed it: every once in a while a random led shortly lights up.
Also when I have it on tuner mode the white lights near the buttons on the lower row light up (or has this something to do with the tuning?)

When you are in tuner mode, the LEDs move to indicate sharp/flat tuning.
i know this section is specific to the Kemper remote, but I've been experiencing something similar with my eurekaprom'd Behringer since updating. Just thought I would throw that info out there, I don't expect the same level of service with a 3rd party pedal.
