How are you monitoring?
I would first of all check the input sense parameters and make different input presets for the different guitars, then I would check the headphone, master and krk volumes...sounds like you're saturating the output (master to high) because you have the headphone volume and loudspeakers volume too low....just a guess, difficult to judge from here. Is the output led blinking red when you hear this fizz?

Definitely yes! In my feel is better to lower the channel volume and increase the cab one, less chances to clip the output
I agree most likely you are clilpping somewhere. . with the clean sense on high, it can overload signal too, make sure your volumes are adequate and when in doubt lower everything and see if you are still getting same distoriotn. I have noticed nasty clipping if I don't have things set right
It may be clipping, but it might also be the Kemper, I've found it to favor treble and brittle sounds even with low output pickups and the sens settings back at 0. This is especially pronbounced when profiling an amp from any distance other than point blank. With the mic right up against the cloth you get a sound that's very close, but as you pull further back and get more diffuse/chaotic and warmer sounds that soften out in the miced version the KPA remains firmly at the sharply defined brittle close up sound but with ever more pushed mids (so you really get a sense of the amp sim itself there and it's characteristics). I've found that the low mids and bass is a weak spot on the KPA in general.
I think though that you can get used to this, it's the KPA sound which is a recorded guitar amp sound rather than trying to be an amp in the room sound. Normally when recording you'll pretty brutally cut off all the bass frequencies anyway to give room for the bass frequencies in other instruments and it's nice to have all that treble definition available in order to give you leaway to shape the sound however you want. Just keep playing and you'll start to think of this as normal. If you can't then head to the master output section and play around with the EQ there to tame things down a little. You may also want to reduce the presence and amp definition on some amps, and finally you could consider using different speakers for output.

yeah it takes a while to work out how to get the sound you want.
There is something about dealing with high-frequency square waves (distortion) that is just more natural in the analog domain - analog tends to 'round-off' rough edges, whereas digital sometimes creates additional 'edges', or makes the existing ones more obvious. I agree that the KPA is sometimes lacking in the lower end fullness and can sound a tad fizzy or unnatural on the highest frequencies, but this is nothing new to digital - I own NO piece of digital equipment that does not have some tendency for unnatural or 'edgy' high end.
The fizz you posted is very similar to what I'm experiencing.
I've only had the kemper a few days and am sure I'm doing some stuff wrong but have tried a few "solutions" without much result.
Was curious if you could expand a little on how you got it fixed.
Tomorrow I plan to spend a couple hours with a single profile and see if I can get it cleaned up via balancing all the various levels through the system.
Really hope I can get it figured out. Don't like spending too much time tweaking things like this... effects and tones sure... but this is maddening to not be able to get a decent distortion outta this thing.
I did manage to get a pretty good sound the other day from a clone tone of a pantera profile but can't recall what I did.... so back to the drawing board and this time i'm going to take notes.
