Just a super quicky in-between coding tasks to let off some steam, there's plenty of fun to be had improvising and noodling around even with the stock profiles : http://www.peranders.com/music/music/noodle120222a.mp3

Very nice, sits well in the mix. A little GNR / Slash influence? I have to get some good Marshall tones happening.

I was thinking the same thing......Slash/GNR in da house!
Nice one mate. Which stock profile was it?
It is so cool how we now talk in "profile" terms!!! I love it man!

Haha, thanks, I guess Slash does come to mind when playing a Marshall, but that actually wasn't my intention, though I'm honored that it would come to mind for anyone listening to my dross, I think with Slash the backing track would have had more of a rolling/raked acoustic riff and he definitely wouldn't have fluffed half as many notes. I actually come from more of a 90's indie kid territory, though yesterday I'd been listening to some west coast country and bluesey stuff that might have influenced me a little.
I think the profile was the UWE jtm C 335, which is the Marshall JTM45 profile. Very spongy and good fun to play.
