Mac not seeing profiler in rig manager

Mac not seeing profiler in rig manager
Sometimes rebooting the Mac works. Sometimes not
Very hit or miss whether my profiler shows in Rig manager
I have Sierra on Mac & latest updated rig manager about 3 months ago
Any tips?

try to unplug the Kemper on the usb jack at the Kemper
not at the Mac
and then plug in again
for me this works since Sierra

Sometimes like as is the case now, it's seeing it but showing is as empty !
