Speaker Output Issue

    I’ve had two Kempers with issues now. My first one, out of the box, had a blacked out screen. I sent it back.


    My 2nd one worked fine for months. But I started to have an issue with the speaker output going out. I replaced the output jack, tried different speaker cables, different cabinets, ran through every setting. I contacted Kemper, and they said it was a problem with the power amp.


    I sent the amp away for a month to get repaired. Got it back. Worked fine for two gigs. Last night at a gig, no speaker output.


    I have no idea what to do anymore, and I can’t afford to have problems on gigs since this is how I make a living and Kemper is my main rig.


    I have a rackmount Kemper. I roll it around in a rack case with wheels, but I’m not rolling it down flights of stairs. I’m pretty gentle with it. I never leave it in the car. Why is this happening?

    I can only add I've had mine for nearly 3 years ( I think - can't remember BK...Before Kemper) and had no hardware problems at all. I gig most weekends so its had a reasonable thumping.


    I think you've just been very unlucky as generally its a very reliable unit.


    Did Kemper make the repair?
