7.1.5. Seems to work for me, so far. Tried few times, did not loose date/time. Before (7.1.4.) it was always lost.
If I plug the AC chord out while power is on and then plugging AC chord back makes device start but that is ok and maybe even
wished feature sometimes. In this case did not also loose date/time.

please check:
- is your unit really updated to 7.1.5 (see System menu, at the end of the pages)
- did you set the clock ? (because the clock 'error' is shown when the year is before 2017)

I upgraded today to 7.1.7 beta.
My Stage now retains its date/time settings when the mains cable is unplugged.

Just tried again, Definetely still have the Clock Error. What's the best course of action. Best to leave it alone for now I'm thinking as we are stable-ish sort of.

My Stage now retains its date/time settings when the mains cable is unplugged.

Tried the beta 7.1.7 still no luck in getting rid of the Clock Error!!!!

please contact support for service: maybe your unit has a hardware issue after all...

Did upgrade to 7.1.5 last night and after rebooting, the Stage (w/o RM) seems to retain the date and time. Will try again today but so far so good. Thanks @kpahuitsing

I can confirm that after updating to 7.1.5 (my) Stage no longer has symptoms of dementia.
It remembers date and time (quite unlike me sometimes!).

not yet as it’s the weekend. I still a full gig schedule. The Kemper works fine apart from the error. I will call service this week . It’s just a painful 4 hours out of my day. Was hoping firmware would fix this!!

I upgraded to 7.1.5, and it was working normally, but today an error message appeared and, right after restarting, returned the date and time issue ... I sent picture of the message (as requested) to support and wait for the contact to know what happened...

I’m still running 7.1.4 but no issues with the clock - was waiting for all the bugs to be worked out of RM and 7.1.7 (I believe) to update it.
