Rig Manager 3 doesn't load any profile

    Hi! I have this problem since yesterday, where I can't load any profile or effect in the Rig Manager, neither from the profiler or local library/web
    The "load into editor and preview" button appears in grey.
    Anyone else with this problem?

    Yes...same or similar issue. Running on a Mac. Latest editor (3.0.100) and firmware. I went to load performances from Rig Manager as I have a set for Sunday and can't get the performances to load. When I copy/paste in the Rig Manager, they show correctly in the GUI, but nothing changes on the profiler. I'm connected and can see the profiler (ie it loads all the existing profiles/performances) but can't send to the profiler.


    I've restarted the profiler and rig manager.

    Could you please perform the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

    - Quit Rig Manager

    - Move the following file to your desktop (or anywhere else outside the folder):

    C:\Users\DiegoTeksuo\AppData\Local\Kemper Amps\RigManager\KxxxxxxR2.db

    - Start Rig Manager and let it sync

    In case things are working again, please zip the "KxxxxxxR2.db" file and provide us, for instance, with a dropbox link. We would like to analyze what went wrong.
