So i updated my MacBook pro to OS 10.12 Sierra and the i downloaded the newest update for rig manager and I'm getting a message that says Internal Error.
"An uncaught exception was raised. Choose continue to run in an inconsistent state or choose crash to halt application and file a bug with crash supporter"
I also deleted all the profiles on my Kemper just so I could load the Britt stuff on there. Now it wont do anything. I can’t get it to load anything off a memory stick, it will just say theres nothing on the stick to load or that they're already loaded on the KA and obviously my rig manager won’t work. How do I get a complete factory reset to start over? I’ve tried all the start up stuff I’ve seen on here and nothing works. Its just sitting blank with no profiles just useless.
