What is different about the Mission 'Kemper' wah?

    A real Wah does one thing although some can control volume too.


    An expression pedal like the Mission can do several things

    You can also use an expression pedal to control volume, or morphing. There are lots of other things you can do.

    Even if you stick to control just wah effects, there are some of them. And even if you stick to just Wah Wah, the expression pedal can be a Cry Baby here and a Morley there and a.....

    For me there is no reason to use a real wah with the KPA. The built in one is great and with the presets that have been set up, they are as good as any commercial Wah.


    With regards to the Mission controller, to me they are over priced/unnecessary. I converted a crybaby - cost me £40 including the second hand crybaby and I love it.


    I also use touch so no silly switches ( which I spend mucho time and money avoiding prior to getting the KPA - even used a wah plate etc).
