Are you talking about achieving good recording tones? if so can you post a youtube video of the kind of mix you like? maybe we can help you. I find Kemper is perfect for recording tones so im suprised to see this

Never do a review on day one.
The stock Profiles that come with the Kemper are very very good, and many user Profiles are also very very good.
Most important IMO, import the Till's cabs, the Till's Profiles and Andy's pack.
And, Chris Beaver can definitely give you great advice and some tips to getting you up and running.
I'm confident you'll have a completely different opinion on day two than you did on day one.

The Golub Marshall is a user profile and you can download it on the Rig Exchange. Try it with different cabs, you won't be disappointed. The cabs from Andys rig pack come to my mind and also you should check out Till's cabs.

I really liked the "Fisher Xtacy 5" and the "Golub Marshall" I heard on YouTube or somewhere.
I think those were the names. When I went thru the factory presets I found the Fisher Xtacy5....but it sounded nothing like the YouTube clip and that's what surprised me so much.
Again....thanks for the tips and help and I'm excited to dive into this thing....right now actually!!
The Xtacy5 is the profile from the video. We did not modify it.
Please consider the guitar you are playing, and the pickup choice. The Profiler is very demanding when it comes to the quality of the guitar connected. That is especially the case with profiles from boutique amps.

Look for my Fortin profiles, and I have a decent splawn one too of a modded '03 Marshall Scott did back in the day. See what you think.
