Unpowered kemper with combo amp

Helle everyone,

I have an unpowered kemper, and I want to try it with a guitar cab instead of my dxr10. I have a mesa boogie f-30 that I can use for this. However the f-30’s fx loop is in parallel and it has a mix knob which only goes to 90%. Will this affect anything if I want to run the kemper with the power amp and speaker of the f-30?

Just plug the Kemper in the return and listen how it sounds.

as long as you aren't feeding the same signal to the input of the F-30 you should be fine. The problem most people encounter with a parallel loop is phase cancellation between the direct and Fx signal paths. If you don’t have a direct path there shouldn’t be anything to cause cancellations.
