Worth checking but to me it didn't sound like interference, more like ring modulation to me as DamianGreda mentioned, hence I mentioned my "ghosting issue"
The thing that takes me in this direction is that the noise isn't there all the time. I think if it were an effect or something in the Kemper that it would be there all the time. This seems like something environmental.
