Which is better for recording ? ( Kemper stage, clean jazz sound)
1-Record directly through interface ?
2- record with microphone through Kemper Power Kabinet ?

The Kabinet and Kone exist specifically to provide an amp-in-the-room sound for the player.
To remove the mic from the equation.
Besides that, the relatively unique configuration of the Kone makes it difficult (if not impossible) to close-mic without issues. The manual says as much.
Going through your interface is the way to go. -

The whole purpose of the Kemper in recording is to record using an interface since the profiles ARE sounds from a mic'd cabinet already. Miking a kemper kabinet is like miking a mic'd cabinet - doubling the dilemma.
