I need to somehow record di signal with master stereo to modify some stereo effects later in DAW.
At this point my spdif output is set to di/master mono
Is there some way to make it di/master stereo?
Maybe with use of other outputs.
Recording DI and master stereo and reamping via spdif?

S/PDIF has just two channels.
But that is sufficient for reamping: You feed the DI signal back into the input of the PROFILER and record a Master Stereo signal. This can be done via S/PDIF.
The process is described in the Main Manual.

could you describe me what should i change to make it stereo?
Currently i have input source set to SPDIF Input Reamp and SPDIF Output to DI/Master mono.

You’d have to use some of the other outputs to monitor in stereo. You can have a stereo recording from your reamp using spdif, just send to spdif reamp input and change spdif output to master stereo

...and add some stereo effects to widen the soundspace otherwise you are stuck in the center like mono even when using stereo.
