Rig Manager problems after updating RM and Profiler Beta Versions

Hi,

I've updated my Profiler OS and Rig Manager Betas as below, and am now getting the "Scanning for Profilers" message in Rig Manager. I had just been playing my Kemper Stage Profiler with Rig Manager (both previous beta versions) prior to the updates, and my Profiler still works on its own, so don't think it is a hardware issue as another poster with a similar issue had.

I've uninstalled the RM software and reinstalled, rebooted/restarted everything, checked USB connections etc, without any luck.

Any idea what might be wrong here, or other steps I can take to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve? Thanks!

Profiler OS: 10.0.0.46731B

Rig Manager Version: 3.4.43

Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 based Systems

The exact same thing happens to me, last time I had to downgrade to fix it. Any other alternative??. The version I have installed is 10.0.0.467318

Same for me on the latest betas of RM and Profiler

Rolling back to 9.0.8 on the profiler fixes the USB communication issue

I had the same issue with my Mac and stage however rig manager worked flawlessly with the mobile app on my iPhone.

Same problem here...waiting on a reply from Kemper Support.....how do you downgrade to 9.08?

Just make sure you have latest Win updates then you can rule out Windows as a problem.

Grab 9.08 from the downloads page on the Kemper site: Downloads | Kemper Amps (kemper-amps.com)

In the zip file is a PDF named How to update the KEMPER PROFILER operating system. Follow that and you should be all set.

I'm on Windows 10 22H2 on the desktop and have now tried it with my Windows 11 laptop with same results. I haven't tried rolling back yet but would rather not if a fix is on the horizon. Just genuinely curious why some people are having this issue and others aren't at this point.

I have the same issue. And I had the same when they had the last Beta version for Kemper as USB audio. It was solved in the end, but it took some time.

Particularly with Windows, the OS is only one part of the equation. The variety of possible hardware configurations is endless, along with drivers, other firmware involved......etc.

No software is ever bug-free.

I ended up rolling back to production releases and all works again, just no 10.0 features, blah.
