Why not just install the OS10 beta and the RM to go with it? I am not hearing problems with the OS 10 so I am expecting it to be a full release soon.
same thing happened here, it crashed after connnected to my profiler. if i restart windows it runs normal. but when i connect to the profiler it crashes and the error comes up.
Same here, tried importing rigs got a message saying rig manager out of date. Checked software which stated RM was up to date 3.2. Checked website downloaded and installed 3.5 and the software is bricked!

Everything works great on my end.
I know this doesn't help much but at least you know that it works well with windows 10.
Connects every time without fail and I downloaded a bunch of profiles without any problem.

For info tried following instruction and repairing installation, also fails.
are you getting the message that Rig Manager cannot start due to missing components?
That would point to an issue with your Windows install. Please try to update Windows to see if that will fix the issue.

the latest OS version for the Profiler Head, Rack, and Stage models is 10.2.2. 10.9 is for the Player model only.
managed to reinstall RM 3.27
But Unable to download rigs as they require a newer version
RM check software says software is up to date.
Catch 22....
I have the head with 10.9, from USB stick, do I have to find 10.22 and downgrade?
I have disabled windows updates as they always cause problems, so RM 3.5 won't install due to the windows version?
Do you guys have any plans on releasing this for linux, I am fed up of windows.
Perhaps a warning about the windows version would also be of use...
you can reinstall 10.2.2 by downloading it from our website and putting the kaos.bin on a USB stick.
Only rigs that were made with a version after 8.7.20 will not be compatible with RM 3.2.7
If you want to have full access to all rigs you need to run the latest version of RM and the Profiler OS and update your Windows to the latest built.
I'm on version 14xxxx so I guess no further updates from Kemper will work as I have disabled windows updates.
