No output from the main outs?

Absolute novice user but I'm getting there!

I am getting no output from the 1/4" main outputs, any obvious rookie mistakes?

I am getting output from the monitor and direct out sends and I've checked using the output soft button that the volumes are linked and display showing as volumes being up. I am using a TS not TRS 1/4" and I know the leads are OK as they are working when connected to the monitor or direct outs.

Oh and yes I've read the manual.

Yes I am in 'Perform' mode.

Sorted. I was not aware that the output soft button brought up 9 pages, I assumed there was 1 page. After scrolling to the other pages I found the main outs disabled.
