Mic suggestions for profiling a bass cabinet

    I’m new to the Kemper Community and I am going to profile my Amp and Cabinet. I’m looking for some advice on what mic to use on the cabinet. I realize ANY microphone will work but purely from a bass cabinet mic setting, what are some go to mics? On you tube I find a lot of different mics and to my ears beta 52a captures the lows nicely as well as the hi’s. I’m leaning towards that one since my budget is 250.00 plus I need a stand and cable.. thoughts/advice?

    it´s not capturing the lows nor the highs, it´s emphazing same like crazy.

    it´s build to make a cardboard like bassdrum sound like eq´d.

    nothing you would want to do to a bass signal.

    i would try to get a used Sennheiser 421, a Beyerdynamic M88, maybe an AT4033.

    (or get a SM57)
