My Mac crashed halfway through a software update of my new Kemper Player. Now it won't play ball, and doesn't seem to be able reconnect with the rig manager. I just have four flashing red lights and silence.
Any suggestions?

I'm guessing update with a USB is the first thing to try.
Still no luck here. I’ve tried a factory reset, but no success.
Have you logged a support ticket?
They are usually very responsive and very helpful.
