Had it connected to an external speaker playing along then suddenly it was like someone flipped a switch and I had no sound. The pedal is still powered up, lights work, tuner works, interface on the player appears to work, but no sound through external speaker or headphones. I doing a factory reset and no difference and no sound. Has anyone else had this issue?

Have you got a volume pedal ?
Look at output block to see if there's no volume set at -∞

Have you got anything plugged into MIDI in (via USB) of the Player?
My Profiler was silenced by MIDI the other day took me a while to figure how but it can happen.

No volume pedal or MIDI controller connected.

Anything connected via USB? Have your tried to disconnect?

It was connected to the App via USB when it suddenly stopped working. Tried it with USB unplugged, resetting to factory presets, still the same issue. Took the same cords/guitar/external speaker and plugged into another modeler of a different variety and everything works so I know it's internal to the Player.
