I bought this Kemper a year ago.
The Kemper has the latest firmware version 10.2.2.49572 for a couple of weeks.
I was playing the guitar and suddenly the volume of the guitar was very low and you could hear some sort of fire beat.
Something happened and I don't know what to do here.
- Unplug the cable from the guitar.
- Make sure nothing else is connected to the back of the Kemper. Except power cable and cabin cable.
- Replace the cab cable.
- Unplug the power for at least 5 minutes.
- Plug the Kemper directly into the source using the Furman power conditioner.
The volume of the guitar is still very low and you can clearly hear the beating of the hearth.
