I have just bought the Player.
I am having severe trouble connecting to the rig manager in my PC and also on my I phone.
The rig manager is not picking up my player. I have changed cables/ports. redownloaded the rig manager but still I cannot connect. It is very frustrating.
I cannot update the player or connect.
On my PC I have checked -
Firewall
Device Manager
changed cables
changed port
tried to update the Player but .....
The Rig Manager then does nothing at all
On my iPhone I have..
Scanned the QR code - this does nothing but bring up a link which I can't open - I have used my QR code reader many times.
Connected to bluetooth on the iphone settings - it says connected
downloaded the rig manager from the apple app store
set the wifi button to on - on the player - green - scanned the code again - nothing
the i phone does not pick up the player in the rig manager - it just says "searching for Profilers" - then nothing.
It is very frustrating.
What am I doing wrong please?
