I'm currently using a lightly edited version of "Pure Blues" for traditonal funk parts. (My Thanks to the person who profiled it!)
What's your favorite free "clean and tubey with the guitar volume down, a little bluesy gain wide open" sound?

And44's (Andy's/Amp Factory) 59 Bassman profiles.
These are my all time favourite profiles. Can go from spakling clean to blues wide open. I basically think of this one as Hendrix in a box as far as clean/dirty clean/OD tones. I've yet to try my white-dot sunface in front of it yet, but I'm betting it'll sound amazing.
I've been meaning to post about how good these profiles are but cannot put into into words just how brilliant they are. Best money I've spent since getting the Kemper.
All I can say is, take a punt and then thank me later (after thanking Andy).
Here are a few bluesy rigs. Of main importance here is the vintage greenback cab used on most of these (the famed S Mehl cab). Save this cab, as it is great when you need some bluesy dirt.

I love Andy's 59 Bassman also , but Paults was asking about the free rigs available ...
Ah, missed the free bit.
There's a good Trainwreck profile that cleans up very well but can't remember who's it was.

Also Andy
From the free ones Coyote crunch, Hey Jim (Reinhardt), and the /13 from Andy's free packs are all very good for this if you lower a bit the gain.
Have you tried the Kay ? or Powderfinger ? Some nice AC 30's on there too.
Markus Weinstroer profiles, Siggi mehle and bassman ( also tweaked by mehle) rig packs 1 and 2.
I will praise these profiles to the end of time and kick the bullocks of anyone who argues.
Just my opinion
It's not free, but Armin's '52 Deluxe is simply outstanding. I recommend that and Andy's '59 Bassman as the cream of the crop IMO.

One vote for Armin's 52 Deluxe.
Your favorite doesn't HAVE to be limited to just free profiles - I was just starting the question there, because I've not had my Kemper long enough to have listened through all the factory offerings, and the profiles I've downloaded.

These are GREAT with my LPs! Thanks for that.

My pleasure. Interesting that I play almost exclusively with single coils, but I guess most rigs can go either way
Yes - thanks for the profiles
