Request Assistance: Clicking/crackle problem out of all outputs

Hoping someone may have an idea for the solution. Here are two examples of the problem sound:

Happens out of XLR/analog outs, SPDIF, and headphone out. Tested all outputs and problem still happens.
I've tried switching guitars, cables, profiles, switching ground button, plugging KPA into elec on another circuit, lowering clean sensi.

FW version 1.8 and I've also tried a system reset. Tried moving the KPA away from LCD's also.

Samples recorded via a Maestro Duet (drivers current) into Macpro running Logic Pro 9 recorded at 44.1 kHz. (Kind of a moot point though since the sound happens via the headphone outs too.)

Thanks for any ideas! (I've already contacted support but haven't heard from them.)

that doesnt sound good does it? i have had occasional problems with pops and crackles but nothing as bad as that,to me it sounds like the guitar itself but you say you have tried different guitars so its not that.presume it happens regardless of which profile you are using?

Does it click when SPDIF is not connected?

Effects all profiles. Clicks when SPDIF is not connected too. The examples I recorded were from analog outs.

Try lowering Master Volume to 0 and bring it back up gradually and seeing if it happens at lower volumes.

Thanks to all who are offering suggestions - I'll try lowering Master Volume.

Another thing I've noticed is that it's intermittent. Sometimes it seems to do it more than others.

Are you using a laptop? Have you tried disconnecting the power?

Ive having the clicking with my KPA and SPDIF so far i havent heard any clicks and pops from the main out but im doing more testing tonite

Thanks for the suggestion - I get the clicks standalone away from any computer via the headphones. I also tried different power outlets.

To my ears this sounds as if it's a problem with statics. I would think that you have a plastic scratchplate / plekguard on your guitar and while playing you touch the scratchplate - this builds up an electric charge that then causes the pops I can hear in your recording. Shielding the scratchplate would be a solution then.
Just my idea because of how your recording sounds.

Thanks for the suggestion about statics. Helped some but not completely. I exchanged the unit at the dealer and the new unit is fine.

This could be a synchronizing problem in your SPDIF connection. Unsynchronized connections could lead to clicks and cracks without a total fail of the signal. Check, if your sound interface is correctly set up for SPDIF sync from the Kemper...
Sorry but for the other problem I've got no idea...

I was also getting clicks from the main outs. I've reverted back to 1.7 and hopefully they will have gone

Reading the different thread on the forum, it seems that this issue is frequent with the KPA.

What's about Kemper official team feedback for this phenomena ?
